I can't see my repeat prescriptions in the app


A repeat prescription may be issued if a clinician has given permission for future prescriptions of the medication to be issued without making another appointment. These prescriptions appear in the eMed app:

One-off prescriptions are not shown.

 

We recommend checking you have the latest version of the app installed. If you have the latest version and cannot see your repeat prescriptions, email repeats.gpathand@nhs.net with:
